We love the 3 systems we have to improve the water from our well! The only negative thing I have to say is re some confusion re payment. Culligan took our credit card prior to the service call as a standard practice but the tech also asked for a check at the conclusion of the service call. Our credit card was charged (which is fine) - we just don’t want the check to be cashed too.

I like that I have cleaner and softer water. My Ice cubes are cleaner and clearer, and I now save on the $45-$50+ refrigerator filters that last between 4 and 6 months depending on how much I use the water dispenser and the Ice maker. I suppose that if I had a wife and children, I would be changing that filter within 3 months so that is A LOT of money saved per year. Having softer water also means I don't have to use so much soap for my hair, body, hands, dishes, or clothes since softer water lets the soap rinse away instead of reacting with the calcium and minerals which makes the soap molecules stick and build up over time.

I have always found your delivery personnel to be extremely professional and accommodating. I have a small water softener and the driver will drop a half bag into the brine tank from each bag leaving me with easy to handle half bags to empty. I truly appreciate that.
