Thomas is incredibly responsive and transparent. He always responds in a prompt manner, which I really appreciate. I first met him while he was delivering to another customer in my office building, and even then he made a strong impression.
He was professional, kind, patient, and very informative—taking the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with genuine honesty and reliability. Highly recommend!

We have been very pleased with selection of Culligan water softener and reverse osmosis systems to greatly improve quality of our water in Santa Clara. Perhaps the best decision we've ever made to improve the quality of our living. Along the way we've received great service from Robb to answer our questions and test quality of our water on occasion.
