The water is very good

I had cancelled my water delivery as I didn’t need it this month . I got a text telling me my order was cancelled for this month and is there anything else I needed? I had texted back the snow to stop and he texted back he will get his weather remote and stop it. His sense of humour made my day and added a human touch which we are losing more and more these days. His name was Kirandeep Kaur. I would just like to let you know of the great service he provided and that extra step in customer service. Thank you

Convenience and flexibility in delivery.

I had to call in as I often get conflicting delivery notices from Culligan. Jashandeep assisted me and was very professional and courteous. She sent me an updated calendar which I really needed.

Water softener system is very consistent and monitored monthly. We are not there full time so it’s nice to have eyes on the system

Fabian came for a service visit to fix a small leak left behind when a previous tech removed a piece of equipment. It was the best service visit I’ve ever had! Fabian was extremely polite and friendly and knew everything about the equipment we had (it was installed by the previous owners of the house, not us, so we didn’t know anything about it). I had many questions about maintenance, filters, and general operation of our equipment, and he explained everything in detail but simply so I could understand. He was patient with me and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable with the Culligan equipment in the house. He was so attentive to wearing his shoes inside our house - put on shoe coverings for any small sections of clean flooring and took them off as soon as we were on unfinished dirty flooring. This is super rare and was SO appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently and completely fixed the leak issue, and was just a great person. I wish everyone could have Fabian as their tech - he was absolutely the best. This gave me so much confidence in using Culligan.
