Product is excellent the service is too. They will solve your water problems. I have well water because I live outside the city limits and it was not good. Many companies try to repair it but they couldn’t. Culligan water co. never gave up until they got it right. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years.
Once you receive a schedule all you have to do is put your empty bottles out if you put one you get one full bottle in replacement. Like wise the same if you put four bottles out the same results you get five full bottles. It you are home and see the delivery driver he or she will put the full bottles where you store them and they will add or delete a bottle if you have too many or not enough. All the drivers are very courteous.
The guy that delivers is very friendly. He was able to explain how to change the water filters so that I could do it myself. Having Culligan's home delivery system is a welcome service.

The bottle delivery and customer service is excellent. Always on time when they say a delivery is scheduled. The quality of the water is always perfect. I love the communication and updates the emails provide in terms of what is being charged and the lay out of my bill. User friendly and always always on time. Love this service Culligan provides!

I have the salt service from them. The men come to my house and bring the salt down into my basement and dump it into the barrel for me. So convenient. Those bags are super heavy. I would always dread doing this myself. It's well worth it to have the service.
