I contacted Rose in Customer service at the Santa Ana office. I was having a problem paying my bill online. Rose sent me the link to pay my bill.

I was able to pay my bill today because of her.

She set me up on electronic billing per my request.

Iā€™ve been with Culligan since 1980. I had a service call on July 8th 12-3:00. I was really impressed with the technician that responded. I was told his name was Tovian. In all this time, he is the first one who when he was done not only tested the water outside but then tested the water inside multiple times until he was sure all the chlorine was out of the water and the water was soft.
