Customer service is terrific
The men come fairly early in the day so I am able to leave my house on time for appointments. They are in and out quickly removing whatever trash. And they are friendly.
I no longer have to carry heavy salt bags to the basement since I am almost 90 years old.
Culligan of Tucson came out and replaced our water softener due to its inability to produce water with less that 4 gpg of hardness. I really appreciate their initiative with this decision and stopping the replacement of parts on a unit that was defective.
