Haven’t had it for very long but I’m sure happy that I got a water softener after being without for two weeks. I had one under a different company but they had no one to repair one. So I met with Caleb from Culligan and went through what they offered and did not pressure me into getting extra things that I didn’t want. I like that. Very nice and patient.

Reliable service even if booking a month ahead. Respectful, polite, personable and professional service reps. We have terrible well water (they do raw water and treated water tests at the house) Their reverse osmosis system cleans up the overall bad and heavy taste, removes the iron, arsenic and many other undesirables. We love Culligan. Without their products and service professionals we would not have drinkable water at the touch of a faucet fixture.

The process from beginning to end to install our reverse osmosis system was absolutely excellent. The sales rep, Nate, was great at answering questions and responding to our needs. The scheduling process was very customer-centric as well. We are very happy with the RO system and the team at Culligan who served us along the way.
