We have had our water system for over a year. Had some issues during the first few months but the service team at Culligan Dixon have been amazing. Out quickly to assess and fix. We had some issues with our button for changing the water and after a year (the warranty) it stopped working. The team didn’t charge us they can out switched to a little faucet like an RO system no charge.

I have regular salt delivery. They call in advance to schedule an appointment and then again when they are 10 minutes out. It’s always the same young man who is very pleasant.

I love Culligan water for its quality of water and service from the delivery driver. If for some reason that I forget to put out my jugs, he calls me and checks to see if if I want water dropped off anyways. Thank you for the great service and quality of water.
