They are reliable and filter water very well. The technician I had was very thorough checked the water purity and was honest about which filters needed changing.
I was told up front when I called what price would be for 3 filters and also if all 4 filters ha do to b ex changed
Specifically, your service tech Fabian Roman ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure my water filtration system is properly functioning. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. His positive energy translates to a wonderful service visit each time he is at my home. He also takes extra care to be clean and tidy. I request him for every service because he is truly the best and I am confident the job will be done right!
I would also like to mention the Service Manager, Jim Nolan. While he is not my day to day contact, the times I needed his help, he was reliable and focused on customer service. He helped to streamline a stressful situation and he continues to make my experience with Culligan a positive one.
The water softener works extremely well with little to no maintenance. It’s very easy with the drive up window to purchase water and salt.

Devin is awesome. He educated me on the system and I feel very confident that our soft water will be better from now on.
Would be nice to get a window of delivery time the day before your delivery. Also the driver did not call before he was here.very nice driver but would appreciate a advance call.
Excellent communications about when they will arrive, any costs. When providing service they explain and show you any problems and discuss proposed solutions. Very knowledgeable about their products and work.

Booking was a good and easy experience. Mark, the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Service call was not an unreasonable cost given the company is located in Kelowna and service was in osoyoos/Oliver.
I actually had a return phone call from Jason, which resolved my issues. I was pleased that he cared enough to know my opinion, and my experience with Culligan. I definitely would suggest that my friends and family use Culligan for their water needs.
