Great work from the service team, always done right by culligan.

I'm a disabled senior. I can no longer lift or carry let unless put the salt into the container/drum. Glad there's a service that has this service. With that said, I also like that a tech comes out and changes the water filters in my home. Something less for me to worry about.

Rick Harris is very knowledgeable about water softeners and listens the the customers. I really appreciate the time he spent with me to teach me about Culligan products.

Should of called years ago

Salesman was not pushy, and Culligan was the only company that offered a rental option. Also, the installation was on time and professionally installed.

The most recent interaction we had with Rock Valley Culligan was for a salt delivery. The delivery went well and the salt bags were handled with ease by the delivery man. The softener has been working well without issues for many years.
