The iron removal system is wonderful! We miss our service guy since he has recently retired but the Coeur d Alene office brought a wonderful serviceman from Moscow to help with our problem. We have had Culligan since 1993 and are very satisfied!

My delivery driver is fantastic! Your phone staff has been hit or miss (they are all very nice but sometimes what I think is taken care of doesn't happen). I am not sure if would've switched if I knew there was no online ability to change my delivery date of bottle count. Though the text confirmation does make it easy for me to change my bottle count.

I appreciate their commitment to customer service. So many companies it feels these days , have lost what it means to pride themselves on integrity and customer service. In the dealings I have had with Culligan, everyone has been so nice and when I’ve had a question on a bill for example, it was explained to me thoroughly and respectfully. And when I completed the survey wrong , they were on top of finding out what happened to rectify the issue. I appreciate that and their commitment to their customers. Thank you!

All of staff have made mention to me about the better taste from your service.
Additionally, I like spending our money with company's who seem to appreciate and value us, as their customer. Sadly, that is not always the case nowadays.
Some company's take their customer base for granted to often. To me, that's very unfortunate thinking and something I would never do, as a business owner.
Fairly easy to schedule the delivery time of the salt for our water softener—which you installed about ten days ago. I would have preferred to get 12-14 bags of salt—instead of the 11 which we got—as that would last me for an entire year. Since writing to you about this about a week ago, I think you will change that policy—at least with me—for future deliveries; and I appreciate that.
