The individuals who install the salt are polite with positive attitude. I receive a notice to remind me they will be coming. I requested, when there is bad weather, the shoes be wiped on the entry rug as they come in the door; each individual has complied since I made the request.

I used to fill 5 gallon bottles at the grocery store. Awkward, heavy, and I don't even think grocery stores do it since the pandemic. I get peace of mind getting water from Culligan, as my tap water comes from a well next to the Rock River. Who knows what's in there?

This house has had softened water in it since it was built in 1956. Consequently, we have had no serious plumbing issues (I hope I don’t jinx myself!) and the dishwasher that was installed in 1973 still works fine. I inherited the house from my parents. My mother’s washing machine from the early 60’s lasted until 2010 with no repairs. My skin is sensitive (I’m a redhead) and I have no skin sensitivity issues, which I had horribly when I’ve lived in other places without Culligan. I had Culligan water in my Sand Coulee home before I moved in here as well. I wouldn’t btry to do without it!
