The Tankless Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system, is proving to be a very good investment for my family. On 2/19/2026 I call in with a billing question. Lizette Alvarado was the Representative who helped. Lizette was patient and professional and satisfied my billing inquiry.

It is very nice to have someone come into your business to make sure your equipment is working the way it should. They check the inventory and make we sure we have plenty of coffee bags. I like the coffee being divided into their own packets. There is no need to mess with filters and dipping coffe from a container, just to get it all over the counter.
We have had a few different sales people thru the years and they have all been very friendly.

The guy that was here. Today was absolutely wonderful and helped to put my water where it was supposed to be and I really appreciate you. Keep this guy very professional
The technician you sent was good and helpful (unlike the old man you sent last time, who was confused). What I will say is my last two call outs for the RO filter could have been easily solved on the phone, if a knowledgable person had answered my call. In both cases, a technician was not actually needed. I just needed someone to tell me how the machine works, so I could essentially just flick a switch.
Your products are good and the service is great, but the cost is a little pricey. I had a coupon this time, first time I ever had one, you should do that more often.
It is very important to me tat the supplies are dropped off at my home and they fill the container.
