Great service, reliable, and quick to respond to customer needs
Steve arrived on Apr 21/26 to service our rental Iron Cleer Unit, in which the aerator had become defective on April 17/26, prompting me to call Culligan for service as soon as possible. The problem was fixed and the unit is functioning properly again.
Joe provided outstanding service & installation! He has amazing customer service skills & explains the R/O system well--in addition to all maintenance needs anticipated. Joe is an asset to your team--we would hire him immediately if we owned a small business! Thanks for all of the help & peace of mind.

We have been a Culligan customer for 30 years, and they have always delivered.
My only complaint with Culligan this year is when I called in January to get my salt delivery schedule for 2026 girls were not able to give it to me with the new system. I relied on this over the years so I didn't make Dr. appointments on culligan delivery days. Now I do not know when salt is going to be delivered to me this year.
Plus I was NOT notified the day before or the morning of that my salt delivery was going to happen and approximately what time of the day like I have been used to.
The deliveries are consistent. Our driver takes good care of us.
