I think that Culligan does a fine job. I do however feel that the fuel surcharge is excessive. I do understand, but the surcharge went in after the fuel costs decreased. Now the fuel costs are higher again, will your customers be looking at a higher surcharge.

The product, whole house water softener is a huge asset in my home. I installed a system many years ago because my water in North Carson City was hard. The water was gross and it was difficult to keep shower doors and tile clear. I installed a new system a couple of years ago and it is, again, absolutely fabulous.
Both service personnel Aiden and Jeremiah were excellent patient explaining everything and courteous. Even the second trip was understandable and handled quickly and professionally.
