Had service on my water softener a couple of weeks ago and had the blue light filter replaced this past week. I was very happy with the service from both technicians. I don't have the name of the first one but the technician this week was Adam Nelson. Both techs were very efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative I have was that when I made an appointment it took one and a half to two weeks out for the appointment. If this time could be shortened it would be good.

Home delivery of the heavy bags of salt is very much appreciated. The driver carries the salt from the truck directly into my basement where the Culligan tanks are and dumps these heavy bags directly into the tank. I am no longer able to do this so I really appreciate the help. My driver Devon was very pleasant and could not have been more accommodating.
