Would like to see better response from people delivering the salt. Since they are only people I see to me they are the face of your company to me. Requested my salt to be put inside my garage, driving ignored me. Left it outside instead.

Your technicians are very good. Ray was the technician working on my system today. He was excellent. He was very quick to find the problem and repair it. I did not feel he was trying to upsell services or add any unnecessary repairs. He fixed the problem quickly

The water softener and water filtration products we have from Culligan have been fantastic. We opted for the home delivery of salt, and it's actually just as affordable as if I went and bought the salt and did it all myself, so the convenience of having Culligan keep up with it is wonderful.
