The service we receive from Charlie is outstanding! He has gone above and beyond! He knows the products and what works and does not work. The products have been good so far but based on our experience, we are not confident that Sales knows their products well enough and does not give you complete information on needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Alex from Culligan Water. He’s honestly one of the most reliable, funny, and respectful people I’ve ever dealt with. My water cooler needed to be replaced, and Alex handled it the very same day without any hassle.
He showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and still managed to keep things light with his great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who can deliver excellent service while also making the experience enjoyable.
