I absolutely love the fact that I get my water which I use for drinking and cooking delivered directly to my apartment. The drivers are all very friendly and professional. I have been a Culligan customer since 2013 when I first joined in Arizona. Prior to that time I had to take my water bottles to the water location and fill them and had to carry to my apartment myself.

We appreciate the home delivery of the 5 gallon bottles of water. Anytime I have had a question the customer service representative has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Every year we receive a calendar to keep us updated on monthly deliveries.

I spoke with Grace today at the Dayton location and she was so awesome! I had issues with another local Culligan dealer with service and billing. While trying to correct my billing issue, the local dealer asked me to contact the Dayton office to correct it instead of helping me. Once on the phone with the Grace, she took care of my billing issue and took the time to call me back to make sure it was resolved and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t even their responsibility or customer because I’m out of their service area. Thank you Grace, and thank you Culligan of Dayton. I would highly recommend them to anyone, someone who still cares about doing the right thing and put customers first!

JJ has been very good caring for my water softener & reverse osmosis faucet. Althougj I only see him once a year, he remembers our conversations. So polite & friendly. Great guy!
