Prompt delivery and when our machine broke down you fixed it in record time
The tech came down and completed service on both the salt in the tank for one appointment and the next day for service to the osmosis filter and sink system. There was a malfunctioning light in the spigot handle, which should be on when the water is off. The tech tested it, and his diagnosis was that the installation may be faulty and in need of electrical rewiring. He changed the batteries in the system and tested it a second time and came to the same conclusion. He was very systematic in his approach and problem diagnostic evaluation. In turn, Culligan of Sacramento called me with a follow-up call to set up service for this repair. Service is scheduled, and the technician should be here in less than a week. This is customer service. Well done! Like the commercial used to say, "Hey Culligan Man [Person]. " Call and they are prompt, accurate, and pleasant.

Chris West, the sales rep was knowledgeable, responsive, and worked quickly to expedite maintenance of the water softener while helping coordinate the installation of the new water filtration system. Justin Schmitt, who completed the maintenance and installed the filtration system was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and working perfectly. Sandy and Chelsea added to the teamwork, communication, and commitment towards finalizing all work, which also helped complete the entire experience as quickly as possible.
