I have lived in our home with a well for over 32 yrs. We always delt with Culligan products and service since we built this house. Great products and they are always available when needed. The staff is helpful and efficient. All of their techinicans are knowledgeable, informative and respectful of us and our property. Highly recommend Culligan of Romeo.
I like that at 70+ I no longer have to worry about going to a store and lifting several bags of salt weighing 50 lbs. and placing them in a cart then transferring them to the car then at home again transferring them from the car and now carrying same downstairs to my saltwater tanks. I would carry from 4 to 6 bags totally almost 1000 lbs. by the time I finished. Way too much for my age. Walking down the stairs alone ridiculous.
The one thing I find challenging, and I would like to change if possible is the delivery time. I would like to receive the delivery in the morning instead of having to wait all day for someone to show up at 2 or later. If an afternoon delivery is always going to occur it would be nice for someone to text me that they will be at my place for delivery, sometime after 1:30. This way I could do things out of the house and be back by my delivery. As of right now I have no idea when my delivery person will show up. Very frustrating as I have explained previously.
The gentleman who came and put our salt in the salt dispenser, was not kind and courteous, but he also turned the lights off when he was finished, which most people do not and he has every time he’s come, and I am very happy about that
I like your service very much. Home delivery of salt very good. The only fault I find is when I pay with my credit card I would like to get an email receipt for it. See what you can do.
