Culligan service people are very polite and know their stuff werther changing filters repairing the system or just checking the water for clarity their work is always top notch.

I have been a Culligan customer for 21 years. I have salt delivered every month and I've never had any problems my delivery person Shaun is very kind, courteous and respectful. I appreciate the fact he calls me everytime I'm supposed to get a delivery to make sure i need salt before my delivery date and I really appreciate that. I hope he remains my service man for the duration of the time I use Culligan products.

We have used this Mast Family Culligan services for many years. We have had no issues and any issue we have we call they take care of it. They have great staff communicating with us on any issues. I appreciate the timely delivery and the delivery reminders, especially since I have delivery bi- monthly. The cost is not unreasonable and my family drinks more water with the cooler.
When you sent the right technician out, all is good. Your new pay for periodic inspection "service" is highly questionable though.
