Our recent service experience was great. The tech (Peter) was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. If I owned a services business, I would probably have tried to hire him on the spot. His customer service was that good.

We loved that we sent it up and we then just forget about filling out softener. The delivery service people are very nice and pleasant. (Our last guy shut the door to the laundry room and basement door before leaving. We went out of town and our cat couldn't get to the laundry room to use the litter box. Next time if doors are open, leave doors open inside.) Still, very nice and we were able to get everything cleaned.
We always have a great experience with our Culligan delivery driver. He is polite, efficient, and takes care when dropping off our water. We really appreciate him picking up the empties every time.

Delivering the salt to our water softner on a regular basis is so helpful to us. We are getting older and it is harder to carry heavy bags of salt. The men that bring the salt are friendly and courteous.

The service is outstanding. I just watched our delivery driver take 10 empty bottles down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken. Didn't want any help either.

We only have salt delivered and placed. Always a notification a few days ahead reminding me. I asked office staff if I could be notified about time frame of deliver. They are letting me know when driver is 2 stops before me. Very nice, I appreciate them and your company. Very clean delivery too !!
