The service the delivery people provide is much appreciated. Also if I do not require a delivery a quick email to the office and the cancellation is handled quickly and so noted with a reply acknowledging cancelation.
I’ve sent two or three emails and they never emailed me back. Does no one check their email at this company? I’ve had other people tell me this too.
I do like all the reminders that they send me to make sure we put it out like I get an email reminder a text reminder and a phone reminder.
Is there a way that I could get on a list to check with me about every two months or so or Track how many times I need this and then send me a reminder as to when you’ll be out that month?
For example, in May, I would appreciate to know when you will be out this way in May?
