Cleaners do a great job and office staff is polite and seem to get everything right the first time.
The two cleaners who came the second time did a nice job, were prompt, efficient, and friendly.

the folks I have had are good workers. The one request I had was a receipt and you have been sending me that.
I like your products they make everything so nice with out a lot of harsh chemicals. The service is just great the girls come in and go right to work. My house always looks great after it has been cleaned by your girls.
I like the non-toxic supplies, and the crews spend lots of time on the details that I never get to. It helps to have flexibility to reschedule or occasionally skip a cleaning when we go out of town.

I think that keeping the teams the same definitely helps. I have noticed that whenever the team changes, the cleaning seems to be a little less detailed. When I first started using the service I was very happy with the cleaning but over the years I think the attention to detail has declined. I know that I probably haven't given enough feedback about this but I also don't want the teams to be penalized for this. It seems to me to a systems issue, not an individual team issue.
I would appreciate more of a precise time when they are coming. It seems they come at different times of the morning.

Finer granularity in your scheduling. If the window is 12 - 2 and the team is going to show up later than 1pm, it would be good to know. Otherwise, I very much enjoy the service and appreciate the people providing it.
We are happy to give a heads-up call when the team is on their way, so that you will know when to expect them.
We can ALWAYS count on a superior job from your teams - But, I have to say, the LAST cleaning (2 weeks ago) was BY FAR the BEST job we've seen in the last year or so - it was really nice to come home to -

Better dusting, done faster (I saw one worker dusting pictures frames and such very slow). Put things back exactly where you found them, such as vases, etc.
