I did not realize the generator for my home was empty A very nice gentleman from Downeast Energy came to my home, gave me two treats for my dog, and asked where the generator was located. I told him and before I knew it, it was filled and he went on his way. The gentleman was very pleasant and I appreciate that with people I have contact with.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The man Terry doing my safety inspection was very helpful. He gave me advice on the working of my furnace. I also think the price is fair for their propane.
The service men who came to install the tank were very polite and respectful. They listened to everything and were knowledgeable enough to explain the reasoning behind all that needed to be done explaining in a way we could understand. We are very appreciative for all they did.
The man that came to fill the tank was also very polite and helpful in explaining how to read and monitor the gas levels and when to call for a refill.
