What do you like about our products and services?

It is easy to use your website and the delivery people are very good. I would recommend that if you cancel an appt, you send a f/u text so the customer isn't waiting! You state you don't do that ie: appt can be cancelled w/o notice. But that isn't very good customer service! And you have very long wait times for a call to be answered.
While the delivery people are terrific, you can do better w your customer service
