Quick delivery service after we ordered gas. The delivery guy was very nice too.
My technician was wonderful. My tank lid was frozen shut. He didn’t leave until it was opened and filled (unlike the subcontracted propane team that had come by a few days earlier (Virginia propane I think). His name was Quan and he was in a Quarles truck. I also received great service from the customer rep i talked with a few days before.

My oil was delivered at 9:30 pm and temp was 18 degrees. Driver did a great job!!!

Your driver Sandy was great. Could not have been more helpful. The response time was excellent. I called at 8am and Sandy was there by 130 pm.
The bad was the call center. I probably had to wait for 25 minutes on hold for them to answer. The lady who answered was very pleasant, but she told me that you would have to send a technician out first to see if there was a leak. She indicated that we would hear from the technician fairly soon. At 115pm I had heard nothing so I decided to drive down to the SP office just to make sure you had been contacted. Sandy arrived shortly after I left.
The overall experience worked out well. The issue was being left hanging by the call center out of gas with potential bad weather moving in.

Although I had trouble getting the right people on the phone to set up my account after we moved into our new house. I talked to a Superior Plus delivery technician who checked the tank, (we needed a refill) took my name and got things rolling. By the end of the day our tank was filled, our equipment checked and account was squared away. They are the best.
