My only issue is that I mentioned the ad I heard on the radio that said it would cost $39 a room and that is not what we were charged. But otherwise, pretty pleased with how fast you were able to get it done. Thanks!

Carpets aren't very clean--- still several spots, dirt etc. We have them cleaned annually and they usually get significantly cleaner from other companies.

We own two large dogs and a cat. We also own two of the best vacuum cleaners on the market. Dyson and Shark. We vacuumed prior to arrival of zerorez. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair that was produced during the cleaning process. It looked like we never vacuumed. It was truly deep cleaned. Also, we had the carpets cleaned by another company 4 months ago and the stains returned within two days. There is no comparison. Zerorez is definitely the better more thorough of the two. The 23 year old carpet looks brand new. No stains returned. Amazing! Also the technician was polite, professional, and arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time. All around pleasant experience. A customer for life!

Efficiency and worst stains were removed.
The places where my wife and I moved furniture out from the wall was done nicely, as were most areas that were worked. You sent a very nice guy by himself, and we offered to move the furniture back into it's place, but when the job was finished everything was in the same place, for example, an easy chair was worked around. Everything we moved was worked around, and when we put it back in place we saw that the carpet had not been done.
Your product was good, your employee was good, but your system was not.

We had a terrific experience with Zerorez. From the call I made to set up the appointment (to having to reschedule the appointment) to the technician who came to clean our carpets, I found the staff friendly and courteous. The technician who came to our home was such a great guy! I was very impressed with his attention to detail, his friendly and professional manner, and his pride in the company. Last, but certainly not least, the carpets look amazing! It did make more of a difference than I would have imagined, and the technique Zerorez uses to clean the carpets makes it soft to the touch, without the typical residue. I will hire this company again without question!

Strange thing - the carpet looked fantastic when the guys were done. But, when I went down to check it out the next day, all he spots were back and it looks like I need to have it all done again. Not sure why.

Marcus was great. It's the pricing I was surprised by. I thought that with the Kane show promo there was special pricing but your cost of $315 for a 900 sq ft house with most areas covered by big furniture was high. Macy's arrived at 9am and was done and gone by 11. That included time he used to set up and pack up. So I estimate it took 90 mins to clean my carpets. I called Stanley Steamer and their regular (no promo) pricing based on my information was $290 - subject to the technicians adjustment based on the small size of my house and area to cover.
Thank you for your feedback. Kane’s promotion is $39 per room up to 300 square feet. Our company prides itself on honoring estimates given over the phone as long as no additional services are added. In your specific situation, we honored the price you were quoted over the phone and it was exactly the price you paid as no additional services were added on. Other companies usually provide a quote over the phone, but when the technician gets to your home, they start adding on additional services that aren't included in their normal cleaning process (but are included with ours), so the quote you received from the other company probably wasn't what you would have ended up paying. Our normal pricing is $59 per room up to 300 square feet, which is a savings of $20 per room; a really great deal. This price includes pre-treatment, which is typically an add-on service with other companies, agitation with a counter-rotating brush, which is typically not done by other companies, and a rinse using our patented Empowered Water, which no other company is able to produce or clean with. This guarantees no residue is left behind so your carpets stay cleaner longer, which means you don't have to get them cleaned as often as you would with other companies, saving you money over the long run. The length of time the technician spends in the home varies based on the technician’s experience. In your situation, Marcus is a senior technician and is expected to move through the cleaning process relatively easily.
