The friendly staff. This company has integrity, not found too much these days.
Several rooms of tile and grout were cleaned and resealed for us. The cleaning was timely and thorough. The floors and counters are sparkling. The yellow rose was a nice touch!

Our service technician, Jermaine, is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. The furniture in our home looked brand new when he finished. He also got out a stain in a sisal rug that we thought would never come out. His attention to detail went so far as to putting on slippers over his street shoes while in the home and covering the corners to protect the paint. We were extremely happy with the service. Well worth the money!
The young man that cleaned the carpets did a great job. He was very conscious of what he had to do and spent the time to do it. Most people rush though and don’t get things done properly. Service masters has none our carpets for 20 years + and they look new still and have not ever been replaced.
Our service technician, Jermaine, is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He took the time to walk us through each step of what he was cleaning. Nothing was a surprise. The furniture looked brand-new when he finished. The little things also stand out, like wearing slippers over the shoes in the house and covering the corners from paint damage. We highly recommend the service.

Your employee was very well trained and very personable as well. Prior to starting work he went over every piece of furniture I wanted cleaned. After he was done he repeated this process. He cleaned my carpets last month and I knew from that experience that my furniture would be well cared for and the end result would be great and it was. I will always use Service Master for any future cleaning in my home.

He did a good job
The associate took the time and effort to take out stains that I thought were not going to be able to come out. The stains in my sons room stayed the last time we had our carpets cleaned a couple years ago. The associate has been in the business for more than 10 years, and by him being educated, he knew which chemicals to use on the tough stains. He took pride in his work for me to be satified. Very knowledgable and friendly. My wife was estatic when she got home and saw the amazing job the associate did!!
