Firstly the workout itself is a really great mix and never the same thing so it always feels fresh! The trainers though are the real gems, you always feel supported yet pushed, honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

I like the variation of the workouts. And the tracking of heart rate for a fitness level gauge.

The templates and coaches push you. There’s a bit of a competitive element (with yourself or others) and it’s data driven with the OT screen and benchmark challenges. Love the energy the classes have and the friends I’ve met since joining.

The variety of exercises and routines. As a person that likes to run it makes me include some weight bearing exercises which I otherwise would avoid.

I love the Orangetheory is an inclusive gym. There is a great spread of ages and fitness levels and I never feel intimidated walking in the door, especially when the lovely staff on the front desk always have a big smile.

What do you like about our workout?

Keep up the energy and friendly customer service. It really does help. Might be good to re-open the lockers though if they can be sprayed clean like the rest of the equipment...

What do you like about our workout?

There's plenty of variety with workouts - no repetitions (other than the reps !!! bahahaa). The trainers all keep us on track and encourage us as well.

I must admit, I do love the special challenges - rows or run for distance, dri-tri.......knowing that I've actually completed the challenge and good fun as well :)

The 3 rotations are a great combination for an all over work out.

I was a trainer for 3/4 years at different gyms everywhere and trained by lots of pts but it's nothing compared to Oregon theory I originally was heading to offers works I met dave he told me about Oregontheroey and I was hooked

I met all of the coaches as I did a different session it was fun exciting I always felt welcome and positive energy every and get pushed every time I go
Joining Orangetheory was the best decision I have made and love all the challenges that come with it

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety of the workouts and the fact that it works your whole body. The feel of the gym when you walk in: everyone is so friendly, you don't feel intimated. I love that you can see how hard you are actually working through the use of the heart rate monitor, this keeps me accountable even when I am feeling tired and perhaps not giving 100%!
