The variety and the whole body workout
After coming back to OTF Gungahlin after a 15mth break it was difficult. We have put on weight, definitely not a fit as we had been & just the sheer embarrassment of coming back after so long was hard. But the OTF Gungahlin team & especially Bitz the head coach has made this an easy & very welcoming transition.
We have started back doing the 30min run/row classes to ease back into it which was a suggestion of Bitz which we loved!
Although a short class, this is one that will get your heart pumping again. We feel ALIVE. Thank you to Bitz & all of the OTF Gungahlin team for believing in us!
Variety, equipment, trainers!
Workouts are real high intensity and I enjoy more when trainer like Michelle, Amy, Dylon or Hanna are keep an eye on you and motivate you to do your best. I never thought of jogging when I started and now I can. I like the dedication of staff of orange theory. I am glad to be a part of it.

It's a 'balanced diet' of exercise that doesn't require any planning on my behalf; it takes up minimal time from my day; I just turn up and then before I know it, I'm done.
It an all rounded workout and no two days are the same. Everyday is a new challenge.

Intensity. Some coaches very motivating
They challenge you but are always doable. Good instruction and excellent "vibe" in the room. Also like they work whole body and vary daily to keep it fresh.

In comparison to say F45, the adoption of the treadmill into the workout is the reason I prefer OT. I used to dread the entire workout being centred around body / weight training
