What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that the content of the workout is sufficiently reliable to be able to rely on no radical changes to the formula, but working within the parameters of running, rowing and floor there seems to be an endless permutation of different workouts to keep things varied and interesting. I like trying to guess in advance which style of workout it will be ie power, strength, endurance and feel an immediate strong motivation if i happen to be right! The instructors are all highly professional and knowledgeable, and also very engaging and motivating. I love the way almost the whole team seems to know every member by name - it adds a very personal touch which is missing in most gyms i have attended previously. This approach encourages a friendly atmosphere in general and i believe many friendships have been formed at Orange Theory which again has not necessarily been my experience previously. On top of all of the above, and possibly most importantly, the workout does what it promises and if followed regularly will improve fitness and generate weight loss.

I love not knowing what exercises we are doing until we enter into our session, this I find keeps it interesting and motivating to keep pushing yourself.

It is structured and different each day. Your effort in each section is monitored and displayed during the workout so you can immediately increase effort if needed. It works all parts of the body in a one hour class.

Really friendly front desk staff. Great class trainers. The tech is simple and clear for monitoring progress and the workout equipment is good. And while the routine is tough you feel great afterwards!
