It’s always different, the coaches always have a good energy (but not over the top), and even though it’s group HIIT fitness you can work at your own pace. Love it!

I like the group setting
The intensity, you push yourself harder than you would training on your own. The coaches get to know you and tailor to your needs, the staff are great and the people training with you are all motivated and ready to sweat.

I loathe exercising but after joining Orangetheory I love workout more and more. I have chronic pains but with Orangetheory programs and coaching my inflammation are getting better as well. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness level and wellbeing

The variation in workouts, playlists and coaches’ energy levels keep me moving. I’ll always prefer strength or power over endurance but my mindset on endurance is shifting to give it a go.
I love the variety of workouts.. the challenge is never the same, yet every time I finish i know I've had a fantastic woekout.
Our amazing coaches are focused on our fitness levels and are motivating tall of us to bring our best to the session... it's so much fun.

Orange theory has actually made me enjoy going to the gym, something I never thought I would say! The trainers are so encouraging and helpful, special shout out to trainer Teto at Potts Point - I have had personal trainers, gone to a number of classes at different gyms and never felt as motivated as I have when I’m doing one of his workouts. Teto also goes out of his way to help you when he notices you may have difficulty with an exercise!
They are flexible to suit your own needs and they make it painful but heaps of fun. Love going there all the time!!

I am from the US. Your staff is excellent from the front desk to the trainers. I joined elite here and will use OT all over AU as I have in the past. I think I had one so so experience in Sydney but everything else has been 10'S.
I love that I feel fitter and stronger after each workout! The different zones keep me motivated and I’m always striving to do better. The coaches are amazing and the music is always a vibe. I haven’t enjoyed going to the gym like I do now, in years!
That I'm driven with the encouragement from a coach
I can go at my own pace but still challenge myself and the routine is varied. And staff make the effort to know your name and encourage you.
No judgement on your fitness level and capability. Great friendly genuine staff. Always bumping into friends. Fab music and a variety of work outs means it is never dull.
