Having a trained instructor on hand really does make you work out harder. Every session becomes a challenge, but one you want to always meet.
I just love the coaches big shout out to Lawrence, Anton, Robbie, Ella and Zoe.
Every workout is different and poses different challenges. Exercises are explained well and plenty of options given for injuries or levels of fitness. It’s over in an hour and I know by my splatties how hard I’ve worked. The coaches are supportive and encouraging and give you a countdown to the end of push and all outs so you really work your hardest to the last second. There’s plenty of recovery time between though( well maybe a little🤣)I love my OT sessions
Structure and motivation
It is like personal training,
Group training with a coach and you are committed for an hour with no will power required since you have a coach and work out plan keeping you accountable. I love seeing my results while I train via my heart rate monitor as that is the biggest motivation for me.
The workouts are different everyday targeting all areas of the body. I also like mixing it up around the floor.
It fun, good variation, it’s fast and it’s hard
Cant believe how long I held off joining OT for! I should have joined earlier! I go at lunch time so I see Renae. Renae has been amazing with helping me out and checking up on me to see if I am doing the exercises right and if I am on the right level as I am still fairly new. The exercises are challenging but the best thing is that you work to your level and no one's eyes are judging you. I love how the exercises change all the time and there are special work out days you can register for! Everyone is very friendly (esp Maz at reception!), the gym is clean and the equipment is of top quality!

Variation in workout and great trainers
The workouts are fun, challenging, different, enjoyable and achievable. The trainers are great, they motivate you and are super friendly. The atmosphere is also amazing and uplifting.
Oran ge Theory works - it is scientifically developed and proven and packs all the functional strength, movement and cardio work needed into one excellent work out. Give it a try, you'll soon be hooked and fitter than you thought possible.
