Love that every class is different and the level of the challenge changes with each class. The speciality workouts add an extra layer of interest . The coaches are amazing ,enthusiastic and encouraging but they also make sure you are using the right technic at all times. Benchmarks are always good to challenging yourself to do better than your last. The most important thing is that it isn’t a race or a competition with anyone but yourself. Member are very friendly and it feels like community rather than a gym. Cannot forget to mention the lovely admin staff who are always helpful .
Supportive atmosphere, science-backed methodology, and having a guide to working out that makes it easy to follow along and get results. I’m only 2 sessions in and I already feel more engaged and confident in participating in fitness than I ever have before.

Called to say I would only just get there in time and am a member of the St Leonards Studio. Had forms ready and waiting for me to fill in so I could get into class quickly and explained parking very well. Paige runs a great class.

Orange Theory definitely increases fitness levels! I completed True Grit 2021 and got over every obstacle without any extra training that I can attribute to my Orange training.
