Great coaches, lots of classes available
I love the circuit approach with time spent on rowers and the treads coupled with some strength work on the floor ..... and with all these things being empowered to choose your own pace/limits and having options if you're body, like mine (!), is only just coming back to being fully active again!
I also really like the personal attention that the coaches give and the whole 'team' feel. The individual monitoring of heart rate and calories burned up on the public screen is clever psychology as not only is it pleasing to see how you're personally performing you also get inspired and driven on by everyone else's efforts.
Variety is great, the competitive feel when checking out the OTB board, and the group energy and coaches unwavering motivation as you fatigue!

Mixture of cardio and strength is the key point of difference for me. I work up a sweat, I’m working my muscles- it feels like a personal training session, even though it’s a group.

I love the staff and the enjoyment I get for setting out time for me, a workout that is always different. The results are have been so much more than I could have dreamed of. Awesome combination of cardio & strength everyday to burn calories plus build muscle. I love the heart rate monitor and screens which enable me to adjust my exertion level based on real time feedback. Fantastic coaches who are very professional and approachable.
Like the variance in workouts and being "pushed" in zones
Combination of Cardio and weight training, plus the interval training on treadmills. I find that I push myself harder than I would if i was training by myself in the gym. Also love the super friendly community vibe of OTF South Yarra.
I truly cannot find a fault with OTF Hawthorn, Vic. The format works perfectly for me.
Whilst there have been a couple of coaches in the past that weren't a great fit and not really up to the task - the current coaches are magnificent. I am really lucky to have found this gym.

The encouragement you get in every workout to do your best and to make the most of your hour there. This is the first gym membership I’ve had that has been fully utilised. Going to OTF sets me up for the day ahead.
The workouts are different everyday. You always leave a class feeling amazing and that you have really had a good work out.
