Yoga can be challenging but it feels so good!!! Breathing deeply into all areas of my body/energy field and greeting it with wonderment.
It's the never-ending journey of self discovery where I find a connection with mind body and soul. It's different each time I go because I am always evolving. The kindness and awareness that I'm able to give myself through my yoga practice helps me find peace in anything and everything. Life is so incredibly beautiful. We are free will beings on a free will planet. Let's seek compassion towards all beings and let's enjoy our time here together.

Kada led a well-balanced and mindful class! Also took the time to connect with students afterwards, empowering the sense of community in the studio!
The instructors are great . I only do yoga sculpt and it’s a great workout. Some instructors have their rooms hotter than others and I think consistency would be good. Staff is awesome and learn folks by a first name basis which I love.
LoHi is a great studio !
It feels great to be back after two years. Everyone is friendly, all the instructors give very specific cues to make the practice magical.

My Tuesday 8.30 PM Teacher was absolutely amazing!! She was so mindful to create a peaceful flow to helped us wind down and sleep without struggling. I wish she’s could do more evening classes, ideally after work hours around 7 please 😊 !!!
I do wish they could disinfect the floors and then mop it up after every class sand go back yo the 6 ft apart marked spaces…for our breathing pleasure 😘 Also, after disinfectant floors think I would feel better about the pools of water/sweat that I’m stepping on getting to the door. LOL!
oh and can we please have back our lavender lemongrass covering for our eyes please, please, pretty please??!?!? I was thinking to be cost effective and sanitary, you could put a mixture of the oils mix with a bit of water, poured into baby wipes, give everyone a choice to take one or not but to recycle it after please? I’m happy to donate the baby wipes & oils to try this out if you’d like?

Great teachers, good class options and easy location to get to.
It is challenging in a soothing and clean environment with excellent guidance in a vinyasa practice.
The Instructor was knowledgeable and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Love the cherry hills studio.
I have loved Core Power and been attending via packages for about 10-12 years.
I love the multiple locations, and the ease of finding a class at most times of day.
The clothing and accessories are also a bonus.
The only change I would make is adding a way to connect via phone with studios. It is very frustrating to try and call and ask a question. You have all calls routed to some central station of out state. Please consider that.

The yoga instructor was very personable and very good in the way she taught her class.
I like the classes and times offered. The instructors are encouraging and each one provides different flows. I like the progressive week cycles as well, that show growth and movement in a flow. The facility is well maintained and staff are welcoming and kind. Love taking classes here.
It’s my yoga home and has seen me through a lot these past 12 years!
