The variety of classes - really like the 45 min low heat at 11:45. I do wish there was an hpf option in studio 2 like you used to have at 3:30.

I went to 3 different studios and loved all of them.
I was very nervous to try yoga in public. Sara was amazing and patient. I felt comfortable and really enjoyed the experience. I’ll be back with my wife who had the same reservations. Thank you for making this a memorable and fun experience.

Jo, the instructor, makes the class (and yoga, in general) feel way less intimidating for me. She actually makes it fun. I always want to conitinue my practice after her classes.

I had never been to this studio before and came because I knew the teacher and love her class. The community of the studio was special, everyone was extremely welcoming, a packed class where mats were moved to accommodate more students. A very enjoyable experience.
Please put spray bottles in the rooms to make our towels less slippery. Thanks!

Great Studio
Fantastic teacher, really challenging class, gave great adjustments. I really don’t enjoy the Highlands studio because the room is so small and echo-y so it makes it realllllly hard to hear and understand the instructor. It’s impossible to be present in a posture because I’m constantly looking at the instructor to better understand/hear what is being said. I don’t think this was the specific instructor but just the room that we’re in.
It’s an effective strength training workout with motivating music and instructors. The exercises challenge you and constantly change throughout the hour to work all of the body parts!
