The instructor was empowering! It was my first class back after recovering from an illness and she motivated me to keep going.
Amazing teacher and got energy from the whole space. This was my first time back after having a baby and I was scared of being judge but that was the opposite experience I had. I felt welcomed and encouraged to go at my own pace.

It was a great class. I think the room was heated a little to high or there wasn't enough circulation in there otherwise it was great. I love hot yoga but this was like hot, hot, hot. So was the other class I took in that studio the other day. Maybe the thermostat is broken in there....

Sue did a great job! It was my first class back in a few months and she had some great alternatives for poses I couldn’t quite get into right now.
The staff was super helpful trying to solve some membership problems. They cared, helped me get to class and were amazing! Thank you!
It was great to be back at the studio. I was not able to attend any in-person class due to the draconian policy for any in-person classes requiring vaccinations. I will enjoy attending more classes in-person and I am hopeful that you do not require proof of vaccination to attend.
Everyone is kind. The yoga is difficult and centering.
