All of the instructors have their own style and bring a unique perspective to each class! I used to think yoga wasn't as "hard" of a workout as other classes, and boy was I wrong - my body has toned up and I feel stronger; at the same time, the classes aren't as hard on your joints and body. A win-win!
The commitment and dedication of most of the teachers is the big hook in. I love going to yoga class. Highlands is awesome but it needs a deep clean.

Studio was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Instructor was high energy and motivating in the sculpt class. The music was great and good volume.
The instructors are engaging and provide the guidance I need in my practice. The space is clean. And I feel welcomed to the community. Both staff and attendees are kind and friendly.
I absolutely love this studio! My only wish is for the studios to have more natural light :)

I like that it is HOTTER than other studios . I don’t mind the small quaint. Place. They have better water too.
The class routine changes up right when you’re about to get tired of it! I only take the sculpt classes so enjoy the dynamics of this!! Was so relieved when the Frogger move was retired in late January (super rough on my knees)!
I also just found Sherri as an instructor and LOVE how much barre she incorporates in to her sculpt class!

Love the teacher, but can you dust the vents above our heads and the baseboards? I have very bad allergies to dust.
