I always get a very good workout at CorePower and the C2 classes seem at the right level for me, intensity wise. I like how CorePower focuses on breathing and staying present (in the moment) during class, but doesn't get too into the mystical aspect of it (any mention of Oneness with the Supreme Consciousness kind of puts me off).

I like the consistency in the sequences and I appreciate that the company has loosened up and started hiring outside their "cookie-cutter brand" personality. The personalities given a chance now are much more human and diverse. That's important.

I loved the flow and the instructor and the intensity of the heat was amazing. Sadly I can’t remember her name but her flow and cues were excellent and interesting and challenging and fun all at once. And I loved how high the heat and humidity was. So good!!
Cherry Hills is BY FAR the best studio in Denver. You see that by the dedicated teachers and the consistent yogis who show up every week. I can attend classes at other studios because they are closer; however, I’d rather spend my time at Cherry Hills.
Very good instructors and facilities are always clean/well kept. The only thing I would like to change is the 45 min sculpt classes back to 1 hour.

The flow was unique enough to be interesting but familiar enough to be comforting.
Sara Woods is an awesome instructor. Love her direction during the class, love how she walks around and adjusts students poses and the lemon and lavender mist and the towel twirling are a nice extra touch. Her Yoga Sculpt class is a great workout.
I enjoyed that the studio was so clean and quiet and everything was so accessible.

Shelley is an excellent instructor. She observes the room, ready to explain or assist if necessary. Her instruction flows smoothly allowing participants to easily transition to the next position. She acknowledges participants execution which encourages continued commitment.
The variety of classes and class times offered. I really appreciate having a class available at 5:30 am I can attend before work.
