I love Angelina's 45min Yoga Sculpt class! Her class is really hard but she makes it so much fun!

Everyone at the studio makes me feel welcome and a part of the team. The community is amazing and I enjoy the variety of classes I can attend any time a day! I do love the yoga core restore in the evening, I wish it was every evening. It helps me rewind at nighttime.

This studio is fantastic. Always very clean and the instructors are awesome!
Typically I like set sequences. Both the HPF and C1 I took that day strayed from them a bit but not terribly far. I get the feeling this studio marches to its own beat. Overall everyone is very friendly.

Sometimes teachers try too hard to be "gurus"--very distracting!
