I love the instructors. Clearly well-trained. They connect and motivate, and cue very well. I also like how CorePower programs the different workouts and the QC that goes into keeping a level of consistency in all studios.

I love the teachers!! And I really appreciate the education they offer me about health and wellness. Gaynor's instructions about back health and mulabunda (sp?!) have given me lots to think about.
Suggestion: I would love to see the studio as a cellphone-free space.

Really, I think it's finding a teacher that has energy you vibe with- really love "Liz Mo's" classes! And I like the studio- brighter and more welcoming than others.
A few teachers whose classes I've taken recently that were excellent - Malcolm, Jessica, Dan, Jay, Belle, Mallory
I took Francesca's class recently and was a little concerned. Some of her cues were factually inaccurate or didn't make sense and her breath cues were either way too fast or way way too slow. She has great potential though.
Sarah was excellent. Great flow. Great verbal adjustments.
Devan was amazing.

I like Core Power yoga
I love the instructors. We keep coming back regularly for Elias and Lisa. I also like how roomy Grant’s women’s locker room is. I wish the showers would get warm quicker 🤣 but other than that I think the locker room is a lot nicer than a lot of other core powers I’ve been to.
I love CorePower it’s been so great! My only feedback would be in sculpt classes that are heated, there are some teachers who open windows and doors for a period of time which defeats the purpose of it being heated. I think everyone goes to that class because they like the heat and to sweat, but when fresh air is coming in it’s no longer a heated class and is a completely different experience. Thanks!
Teacher was fantastic. Facilities were great. She helped with orientation recognizing I was new to the studio. I don’t see this often. Very appreciated!
