The studio is gorgeous. 3 large rooms, a very clean and spacious locker room and a beautiful retail store. We were so enthralled in Emilie’s class. She offered a fantastic flow, great intentions and coached us thru any mind games we started to play. Im speaking for myself and my husband who also attended the class. We’re fans of this studio!!

Hot Yoga classes are a good workout, they are: intense, increase flexibility & strength and are a good cardio.

The location. But mostly the teachers. Marta is fabulous and is one of the main reasons I’ve stuck with yoga over the years. The only thing I wish there were would be more classes (like at 9:00 — hint, hint…)

I frequent the Cherry Hills studio, first due to the quality of instructors. They are always prepared, happy and engaging. And while I am not an expert, for me, their classes are thought through where I can feel the deliberate, structured flow with corresponding, appropriate music which makes the class. Secondarily, the manager is always organized and facilities clean and class environment, i.e., heat and humidity consistent which enables me to enjoy myself after a long day, which I do often at this particular studio.
I love the energy and positive vibes resonating with this place. The classes are engaging and never boring.
I loved getting a full body workout, Sweating out all the toxins and stretching my body.
