The late night HPF class last Wednesday was warm and cozy.
Instructor Julie our Julia took time to look up my name and call me by it. Pace was appropriate for 9 pm; not too fast.

The community here is great, and the studio is simply inviting.
All lockers need to have doors so they are able to be locked. I hear conversations every visit about someone having something stolen. After work when classes are larger the lockers with doors run out quickly. Some people even bring their belongings into the studio as a result.

LoHi instructors are wonderffully skilled in creating a physically challenging and spiritually grounding experience. It is the best part of my day. Locker rooms are clean and modern. Classes offered are varied and I always find something at the right time to suit my needs. Thanks so much LoHi😎
Move to a bigger space with room for showers and more people in class to have more space per person too
