Great space, the Instructor was very good, well versed and was the perfect guide. I think her name was Dawn, she taught HPF on Wednesday August 3rd at 11:45 am. Absolutely beautiful personality!

I really love Core Power! I enjoy both sculpt and C2. I love the variety of teachers and styles while also having consistency and a challenge. I respect the heat, and also love, especially, when teachers keep the lights down. I like a focused, therapeutic, restoring experience, while also pushing my body.
Hi, I stopped going to yoga during Covid, but I really missed it and I’m glad I’m getting back into it. Rachel Wolf is a great instructor that I found and highly recommend.

Everyone is so welcoming! I had never done any sort of yoga before, and now I go nearly every day since I’ve started CorePower. The teachers and staff are so kind and accommodating. Best place ever!

Pleasepleaseplease do not close this location! This is my favorite space - the big room is the best. I love that it's not mat to mat but gets crowded enough to feel community. It's a great location and offers times LoHi (and Highlands) does not, and has some of the best teachers (though I'll be sad to miss Lauren for the time she's away, hoping she comes back!). Only suggestion is adding a side wall of mirrors...

I took a C1 class with Kristen D and it was hands down my favorite class with CorePower since joining! She started class by having us set our intentions and sharing some mindfulness wisdom to think over during class. She demo'd each position and level modification throughout the class, as well as providing key posture components like hip orientation and weight distribution.
However, my favorite part of her teaching style was the way she continued to bring us back to mindfulness, breathing and enjoying our practice.
I left the class feeling like I had improved my foundational knowledge as a yogi, had a great workout, and got to have a very meditative experience.
I cannot wait to attend more of her classes!

The teachers are all engaging and helpful for really getting into a flow. It takes me a while to process things and by listening to the teachers it's easy to get out of my head and into my body. The sales are a nice perk.
