The location is ideal for me, just five minutes from work. During the day I practically have the place to myself. Even in the very busy evening hours there is never a wait for the treadmill, elliptical, bikes, etc. There are plenty of machines available for use.
Theres alot of different machines to chose from. The staff is so friendly and greets me every time i come to work out. I love how spacious it is as well and well ventilated.

I love the location. Right in the center of town it's very convenient. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The gym is very clean and the movie room rocks! I'm fat and love I can hide and yet work out!
The cost of my membership is very affordable and the staff is friendly. My only problem is there isn't a set of 45 lb Dumbbells.

I would to suggest having Fit classes on Fridays and Sundays and Mondays as the off day.

Tons of room and lots of machines which are (for the most part) are functioning.
I love the Zumba classes. As well as all the exercise equipment I am able to use afterwards. I do wish it offered Pilate and Yoga classes. Over all love it and will definitely recommend.
