Easy access -- good price -- adequate machines (but 3 - 4 - 5lb. hand weights would help) -- adequate TV (though more channels would be better) -- very congenial staff.

I like the convenient hours and equipment. However, because of the recent equipment changes there is only one arc trainer with arms and t.v. Lately, every time I get to the gym, it is being used. Please put a second arc trainer with arms back.
Inexpensive, clean, nice staff, no wait on machines, all the important weight machines. I would really like to see a bottle water filler, that would be so much better than having to hold up the water fountain filling a water bottle.

The after burn classes are just what t needed and the trainers are great. Having had no gym experience previously I had no idea of what to do to get more physically fit without injuring myself. The trainers work with you and help make modifications if you are unable to perform a certain activity due to artificial hips and knees. They are extremely encouraging and help push you to do even better.
