Club 24 is a simple, unpretentious, no frills gym. It's all about letting customers get right down to the business of getting into better shape. My trainer, Grace, trains me twice weekly. She pushes me hard, but always gives me a breather when I need one. I always look forward to my workouts at Club 24.

I enjoy the very friendly staff and personal trainers who are always there to help out when needed. The gym is clean and well taken care of. Everyone is always willing to go out of their way to give guidance/helping hand.

Good selection of well maintained equipment. Usually no waiting for equipment of choice in the strength training room. Pleasantly acknowledged by desk personnel when you arrive and leave. Convenient hours of operation to fit my schedule.

Would like to see a pull up/dip bar nad stretching mats in the studio room at the New Milford location

I never feel bad about myself when I go to Club 24. There are all ages and shapes and sizes there so I always feel comfortable.I have told quite a few people about Club 24 and my experience there.

Very clean and friendly staff
Not crowed, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the women only area. The only thing that I think can improve club 24 would be having some exercise bands available (the stretchy resistance bands) and allowing music to be heard in the women only work out area. For instance, installing speakers so that we can hear the music that plays in the whole entire gym.
