clean, open and full of light
The club (at the times I go) is not crowded. I am always impressed that the staff says hello and goodbye ever time I arrive and leave the gym. The gym is very clean, the music is good and at a good volume. I like the movie room too. I really enjoy going!

There is enough equipment, allowing for a continuous workout with little downtime. The staff is also incredibly welcoming. I only wish that there was more of a variety of classes available. Overall, I am happy with the decision to join!

It's clean and it's not expensive.
It's very clean, comfortable, alittle louder than need be - most people have their own music they bring and work out to. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.
The Club 24 hours are fantastic. Usually I go to Club 24 in the am but sometimes I have to do my exercise in the pm....and Club 24 is open

I really like the diversity in equipment that the gym offers, such as the ropes and tires, to mix up every workout.

Everything I need is right there. Also, there is more than enough equipment, so I'm never left standing around waiting for someone to finish using a machine. The employees are really nice, too. On top of that, it is really affordable.

The staff was always very friendly, always a clean environment in the locker rooms and workout stations. My trainer Jon Cole was excellent, sessions were strenuous but manageable, and he was very patient and understanding whenever I felt a bit woozy during sessions. Always left feeling like I got my money's worth for a great workout. The results have been noticeable to my peers as well as myself, especially when engaged in physical activity outside the gym, such as not feeling winded as easily after walking long uphill stretches. The improvement in my figure is pretty nice as well. -- Name removed

Courteous and friendly staff...VERY clean facilities....never any wait time to access a C.V. machine....and BEST OF ALL......The Movie Room!....I'm leaving the house now to hit the gym.

I greatly enjoy my workout experience these days. I like the low light in the cardio area and added machines. My only issues would be the frequency they run out of protein for shakes (the soul reason for spending the extra money for the gold package). Having 2 places next door that it can be bought from makes it more baffling why it ever runs out..? Other than that, realizing there's more to exercise music than R&B/rap etc (looked many times but it's all that's on the "enabled playlists" etc.) would be all I would complain about lol. :-) I look forward to my next work out!
Great staff all around! Bobby, Liz, Tommy and all the others are always supportive and knowledgable. The place is clean and well maintained.
