I love that the workouts incorporate strength, endurance, and power. Each class feels like something different, so it's never boring. The coaches are fantastic! They work with you when alternative exercises are needed and always encourage you to do your best in a fun way!

I love the structure and variety that is provided by OTF classes. It takes the guesswork out of working out and ensures that I’m doing the exercises correctly and challenges my body in ways I wouldn’t know how to on my own. Great atmosphere and knowledgeable coaches make working out fun!
I love that I don’t have to think about what I want to do for my workout, it’s all planned out for me! I love the coaches and I love the accountability. The workouts are intense which I really enjoy. And I love that there are challenges and benchmarks throughout the year!

Coaches are always encouraging us to do that days best. "Your best is always good enough for us". The music and workouts are always changing and upbeat.
I like the variety of the workouts and the different challenges they have each month. The coaches are very encouraging and also help to make sure your doing the various excercises correctly.

I enjoy the length, variety and structure of the workouts. I appreciate and am motivated by the data driven and record of the workout plus an opportunity to set goals with periodic challenges and contests. I applaud the initiative to offer an occasional EDM themed class.
The coaches are friendly, have a genuine concern for the quality and correctness of form and also an interest in the participants well being.
I would gladly give a "10" except for the fact that most of the coaches do not appear to invest time in proper workout music. There is often duplication of songs and playlists among the workouts along with rap and hip hop that does not contain a workout beat or vibe and is often offensive.
Enthusiastic, energetic coaches, great staff. One hour in and out and feel like I got a great workout.
