What I like about the workout is that I can come in a follow a plan that is already written for me. I am a PE major and teacher, and I faced a lot of guilt of not wanting to write my own workouts, even though I "should". Orange Theory takes that pressure off, and I like that I don't have to plan the workout, I just have to follow along. I like the high and positive energy, the encouragement from the instructor, and the environment having uplifting music and others around me who are working hard. Even if I don't know them, I feel accountability to keep going and working hard when others around me are also doing so. The only reason I rate a 9 is because I know this tempo and environment is not for everyone, but as a retired collegiate athlete I like the intensity and progression.
The workout itself is great, high intensity, but anyone can do it because you choose how hard you push yourself. As with anything, you get out of it what you put into it. But for me, the accountability is key. You make your schedule, there are incentives to show up, and once you’re there your entire workout is laid out for you. You just follow directions and put in the effort and your gonna get an excellent workout every time, and you’re gonna see and feel results. 5am classes are a huge benefit as well. It’s free time you don’t have to take away from something else, if you’re busy, as I am, and it’s a great way to start the day, feeling energized and accomplished!
I like that I don’t have to think about what exercises to do, I like the loud music and I like the way we’re encouraged to cheer each other on, high five, etc.
A bit of a snafu checking in and I don’t think the desk person was very friendly.

I like having the onsite coach, the community of people and the way the workout is laid out. Being able to see where your heart rate is during the different intervals is great too! Overall, I really enjoy everything about it. Thankful and looking forward to a healthier lifestyle thanks to Orangetheory and their design for a healthy life!
I like the treadmills, very nice and provide significant cushioning, I like the mix on the weight floor, and I really like the personalities of the coaches, most all of them who make for an enjoyable session.
It’s fun and intense at the same time.

Super friendly staff and a great trainer!!
All of the trainers are SUPER friendly but I’ve never seen them correct anyone’s form. I went to the north location in Spokane and they were AWESOME about correcting people’s form. I feel like the care more at the north location.
I only did two classes and love it!! I did not think I would love it as much at all, I have been working out for years and and this style of HIIT is very effective and motivating works for my personal style . The staff is very professional and friendly. I am excited to go to my next class!
I appreciated the helpfulness of the entire team and the encouragement from fellow members. I left sweaty and tired. I went to my second class a few days later.
Great workout
Great workout, intense but doable, burnt 870 calories! Like that it’s a mixture of cardio, weights and calisthenics. Was a little sore for a couple of days but that just means it works!
Favorite workout class - perfect mix of cardio and strength. Also, Lisa at the front desk is super helpful and lovely, so props to her!
