The best thing about OTF is Cardio endurance training. Being "middle aged", I plan to never have to take heart medications in my life time and I can only do this with exercises such as at OTF and healthy eating. OTF is worth every dollar if it keeps me out of a cardiologist's office and avoiding my family's genetic predisposition for heart disease and obesity! The workout increases my activity tolerance post COVID; morning exercise keeps my energy flowing all day for my work in rehab with seniors. I am attempting to implement short bursts of the floor exercises throughout the day. But OTF group workouts are my primary weekly exercise. The OTF instructors are extremely motivating! I love intervals and the variety of exercises for floor - always fresh, a challenge every visit. Wish you were closer to home - Arlington, WA. Also - the orange lighting disguises my very red face until the cool down at the end. Not afraid to sweat!!

Accountability and being comfortable going at my own pace
There is not high stress about joining and bring in classes. The coaches are great and are able to help one on one when asked. The workouts are hard but not impossible to complete. So thats encouraging to come back to.
Friendly staff, great coach
Unlike old school work outs where if you're the one person out of sync you feel awkward. I like how OTF has so many switches and changes keeping you moving that everyone is focused on what they're doing. No one notices if you're the beginner struggling. Ha.
