Easy to sign up for classes, can go at my own pace but encouraged to challenge myself, works out every part of my body (the weights are hardest for me but most needed), great trainers that occasionally help better my form in a thoughtful way, can focus solely on my performance with the monitor/screen showing my heartrate, etc.

Good music, motivating coaches, drop in classes purchase with no expiration, types and frequency of classes, lift classes options (my preferred) as I prioritize weight lifting not cardio, easy sign up for classes (MindBody), 50 min class vs 60 min class preferred, clean facility.

I love the structured workouts verses me having to wonder what to work on. It’s 60 minutes and I’m done. It makes me more accountable for what I eat and drink. The coaches and staff are all wonderful, motivating and cheerful and the camaraderie of the other participants make this my Third Place!! Which “they say” everyone needs!

Everything! The coaches have great and unique vibes and I love them all! I haven’t disliked a single workout. the vibes of the whole place itself, Immaculate. I could go in feeling eh about myself, but after that one hour under the orange lights and I am a changed person. I will recommend otf to all my friends and I will continue to do so. Whenever I travel I visit different otfs and they are great, but not the same as the home studio south hill will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

The instructors are phenomenal! Very motivating, encouraging and helpful! The front desk staff are always courgial and go above and beyond to get everyone set up and ready to go!
The workouts are diverse, challenging and fun! I can't recall doing the same workout since moving over to Lake Tapps. Overall outstanding experience!
Fun and motivating
They’ve been ramping up the variety quite a bit as of late. I really love the change I see to smaller muscles I never knew I had before. This studio is also very clean at all times! Gotta name drop Jen - her classes are always phenomenal
The coaches 😍
It changes each time. It gets really hard for me to do a work out knowing what to expect.
When I workout on my own, I would not push myself. Even with Peleton workouts online, I would start to get winded and then slow down. With Orange Theory, not only do the coaches push me to do better on the treadmill and rower, I’m instant told how to improve my posture, arm or leg positions in real time. When the coaches call me out, doing a good job, I’m like a kid wanting more approval! My success is their success. I crave my next class. I’ve never felt that way in a traditional gym membership.
